We diligently inspect uprights, beams, and connection points for each bay. Each damage instance is photographed and annotated with a specific location. Our findings are classified by severity, so you know which issues to fix first. Each damage instance referenced to ANSI MH16.1, delivered as PDF within 48 hours of inspection.
$1900 central Florida special includes one day of inspecting up to 500 bays. Facility must be in ambient temperature environment. Special price applicable to facilities located in the following counties: Charlotte, Citrus, DeSoto, Hardee, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lake, Manatee, Marion, Okeechobee, Orange, Osceola, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Sarasota, Seminole, & Sumter. Why 3P?
Rack inspection is what we do, not a sideline. Inspectors are certified through our Rack Safety Associate program, benchmarked against ANSI/RMI MH16.1 and OSHA 29 CFR 1910. Every finding is referenced to the applicable standard.
What does the inspection include?
A full from-the-ground visual inspection of uprights, beams, and connection points for each bay. Damage is photographed, located, classified by severity, and prioritized for repair. You receive a written report referenced to ANSI MH16.1. Capacity ratings, load placards, and engineering documentation are separate services.
What is the inspection process, and how long does it take?
Our inspector walks every aisle and assesses each rack component against the standard. We can complete most facilities under 500 bays in a single day. We work around your operation. No shutdown is required.
How soon do I receive my report?
Within 48 hours of the on-site inspection, delivered as a PDF. If we find damage requiring immediate attention, your inspector tells you before leaving the building — you won't wait two days to learn about a critical finding.
What if you find something critical?
You'll know before we leave. We flag immediate-hazard findings on site so you can offload or barricade that bay the same day. Repair recommendations follow in the report.
Do you sell the repairs you recommend?
We can. We provide replacement beams, uprights, column protectors, guarding, and repair kits upon request.
